How Much Do Highlights Cost?
Quick answer
How much do highlights cost in Venice, FL?
At my Venice, FL salon, highlights run $125 partial, $170 face-framing, and $210 full, with a Schwarzkopf glaze included. The final price depends on your length, density, and how much lift you want, and I write it down before any foil goes in.

Highlights price list, Venice FL
| Service | Venice FL price | Time | Refresh |
|---|---|---|---|
| Partial highlights | $125 | 1.5 to 2 hours | 8 to 10 weeks |
| Face-framing highlights | $170 | 2 hours | 8 to 10 weeks |
| Full highlights | $210 | 2.5 to 3 hours | 6 to 8 weeks |
Every price includes the toning glaze that finishes the color. Long or very dense hair may add to the time and product, which I quote up front.
What changes the cost of highlights?
Two clients can book the same service and get different quotes, and it is never random. Here is what moves the price, and why I read it before I quote you at your Pre-Cut Read.
5 things that change your highlights price
- Length and density. More hair takes more foils, more product, and more time.
- How much lift you want. Going several levels lighter from a dark base takes longer and may need more than one session.
- Partial, face-framing, or full. Coverage is the biggest single price driver.
- Toner and glaze. Included here, but heavy brass correction can add time.
- Condition of the hair. Compromised hair may need a bond-builder plan first, which I explain before booking.
How do highlights compare to balayage on cost?
Highlights cost less per visit than balayage (which starts at $210), but foils need a touch-up every 6 to 10 weeks because of the regrowth line, while balayage stretches to 12 to 16 weeks. Over a full year the two can land close, so I help you choose on the look and the upkeep, not just the sticker price.
Highlights cost FAQ
How much do highlights cost in Venice, FL?
Partial highlights are $125, face-framing $170, and full $210 at my Venice, FL salon, with a glaze included. The exact price is set at your consultation based on length, density, and lift.
Why are full highlights more than partial?
Full highlights cover the entire head with more foils, more product, and more time. Partial focuses on the top and sides where brightness shows most.
Is toner included?
Yes. Every highlight service includes the toning glaze that finishes the color and controls brassiness.
How long do highlights last?
Foil highlights need a touch-up every 6 to 10 weeks because of the regrowth line. A glaze refresh in between keeps the tone fresh.
Will highlights damage my hair?
Not in my chair. Every lift uses a Schwarzkopf bond-builder. If your hair is already compromised, we plan a repair-first path before adding lift.
